| On 10/17/23 at 2:30 p.m. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to have a noise checked out in the rear passenger tire area. I Was told that the caliper froze up, wearing the brake pad completely off, and digging into the rotor. I commute one hour to work each way out of state and have no other means of transportation or alternative ride. Tony advised me the car was unsafe to drive and had a couple of guys drop what they were doing so I didn't have to miss work and 100% repaired the issue on the spot. I walked out the door worry free just prior to close, and no missing work or rental expense. I know of no one that would have done that. No one!! |
